AI + Education Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

The MeshEd Collective seeks graduate student interns with a strong background in and passion for AI technologies and development. MeshEd is currently searching for interns who can work in at least one of two AI-research based workstreams: interns can assist in the development of new AI-powered tools to support different stages of the MeshEd curriculum development and student formative assessment processes. Or, interns may also research new AI-based course subjects, or support the development of new AI labs, such as the Digital Animation + AI Lab. 

● curriculum writing and research for  innovative AI-based courses such as Digital Animation + AI 

● developing AI-powered tools to streamline MeshEd curriculum development practices

● business plans, strategic partner research

● marketing, communications, and digital media research and support strategies


Green Urban Design Intern

roles and responsibilities

The MeshEd Collective seeks graduate student interns with a strong background in and passion for Green Architecture, Urban Design, and AI-powered design tools to develop a new Green Urbanism and Architecture Action Lab. The intention of this Action Lab is to provide students with foundational urban design and climate change knowledge to support them in envisioning the future of urban architecture. This Action Lab, like all other MeshEd courses, follows project-based learning pedagogy to culminate in a final design project for students to share with their communities. We are looking for student interns to take the lead in developing this course, with the support of our experienced curriculum design and teaching team. Internship role responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Research pre-existing green urban design courses to build from

  • Develop all elements of the MeshEd curriculum bundle, AI-powered tools to streamline MeshEd curriculum development practices

  • Learn from and work with MeshEd curricular and design practices 

  • Utilize AI-image generation tools as the basis for the design final project 

  • marketing, communications, and digital media research for course outreach


Green Food Sciences & Cooking Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

The MeshEd Collective seeks graduate student interns with a strong background in and passion for Food Sciences and Sustainable Cooking to develop a new Green Food Sciences and Global Cooking Action Lab. The intention of this Action Lab is to provide students with foundational sustainable food and cooking knowledge to support them in envisioning the future of the sustainable food landscape. This Action Lab, like all other MeshEd courses, follows project-based learning pedagogy to culminate in a final design project for students to share with their communities. We are looking for student interns to take the lead in developing this course, with the support of our experienced curriculum design and teaching team. Internship role responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Research pre-existing green food sciences, global cooking, and sustainability courses to build from

  • Develop all elements of the MeshEd curriculum bundle, AI-powered tools to streamline MeshEd curriculum development practices

  • Learn from and work with MeshEd curricular and design practices 

  • Utilize AI-image generation tools as the basis for the design final project 

  • marketing, communications, and digital media research for course outreach
